Frank Edoho, the Nigerian TV host, has finally opened up about his separation and ongoing divorce proceedings, days after confirming he is single.

In an Instagram post shared on Tuesday morning, Edoho expressed gratitude to those who had reached out with prayers, concern, and kind words following the news.

“Over the past few days, I’ve received an outpouring of kind messages, prayers, concern, and goodwill regarding my separation and ongoing divorce proceedings. I truly appreciate the empathy,” he wrote.

He also explained that while many people are only now learning about the situation, he has dealt with it privately for a long time and has made peace with it emotionally.

“I understand that the public is only just becoming aware of this chapter. I have lived through it privately for quite some time now—almost two years—and have since made peace with it emotionally,” the media personality said.

The veteran TV host added that life comes with different seasons, and sometimes the best thing a person can do is to move forward quietly.

“I am well. Focused. At peace. And deeply grateful for the love, respect, and support so many of you continue to show me. Thank you kindly,” he added.

Edoho was previously married to broadcaster Katherine Obiang, with whom he shares three children. Their marriage ended in 2010 after seven years together.

In 2013, the former host of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ (WWTBAM) married Sandra Onyenuchenuya. The couple welcomed their first child in 2014 and a second child in 2016.

Last year, Edoho announced that his second marriage ended in December 2022. An experience he described as “devastating”.

The TV host, over the weekend, declared that he will never commit to just one woman again.

Edoho argued that some men forgive cheating partners to their own detriment.
