Meanwhile, President Bola Tinubu is presently in France to attend the Paris Summit for the New Global Financial Pact. The President embarked on his journey on Tuesday, set to participate in the highly anticipated two-day summit scheduled for June 22 and 23.
The objective of this event is to convene world leaders from around the globe, who will assess and provide their endorsement for an agreement that holds immense implications. Known as the “New Global Financial Pact,” this accord aims to mobilize substantial support and investment for nations grappling with the multifaceted challenges presented by climate change, the energy crisis, and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
