1. DEFINITION OF ATTACK

• An aggressive act against a person/place
• A violent act against a person
• An assault
• An onslaught
• An offensive
• A strike
• A raid
• Hostility
• An aggression

2. WHY MUST WE PRAY AGAINST ATTACKS AND THE ATTACKERS

• John 10 v 10

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

• 1 Peter 5 v 8

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

• Psalms 41 v 5

“My enemies speak evil of me: When will he die, and his name perish?”

• Psalm 7 v 6

“Arise, O Lord, in Your anger; Lift Yourself up because of the rage of my enemies; Rise up for me to the judgment You have commanded!” 

• Proverbs 4 v 16 – 18

v.16“For they do not sleep unless they have done evil; And their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall.”

 v.17 “For they eat the bread of wickedness, And drink the wine of violence.”

3. OUR GOD IS ABLE TO DELIVER THE RIGHTEOUS

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

• 1 John 5 v 4

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world our faith.”

• God has given us Calvary Victory well ahead over attacks that may come our way by the finished work of Calvary.
• The Blood of Jesus guarantees us roundabout victory.
• The righteous has victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

2. GOD WILL DEFEND US FROM ANY ATTACKER

• Jer. 20 v 11

“But the Lord is with me as a mighty, awesome One. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten.” 

• Psalms 18 v 17

“He delivered me from my strong enemy, From those who hated me,

For they were too strong for me.” 

• Psalms 37 v 17

“For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, But the Lord upholds the righteous.”

• Isaiah 31 v 5

“Like birds flying about, So will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem.

Defending, He will also deliver it; Passing over, He will preserve it.”

• God has the power over attacks and the attackers.
• He will always defend his children.
• He is with us as a mighty terrible one.
• As children of God, we must not be afraid at all. God is our dependable defender.

3. GOD WILL SEND BACK ATTACKS TO THE SENDERS

• Prov. 26 v 27

“Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone will have it roll back on him.” 

• Jer. 17 v 18

“Let them be ashamed who persecute me, But do not let me be put to shame; Let them be dismayed, But do not let me be dismayed.

Bring on them the day of doom, And destroy[g] them with double destruction!” 

• Psalms 7 v 15 & 16

v.15 “He made a pit and dug it out, And has fallen into the ditch which he made.” 

v.16 “His trouble shall return upon his own head, And his violent dealing shall come down on his own crown.”

• By divine arrangement, every attack against the righteous shall boomerang.
• Just like how Hamman died in the Gallows he prepared for Mordecai.
• Esther 7 v 10

“So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s wrath subsided.”

• Attacks against you shall go back to the sender in Jesus name.

4. GOD IS OUR HIDING PLACE

• Psalms 32 v 7

“You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble;

You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.”

• Prov. 18 v 10

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.”

• Psalms 18 v 29

“For by You I can run against a troop, By my God I can leap over a wall.” 

• Psalms 91 v 10 – 11

v.10 “No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;”

 v.11 “For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.”

• God is our refuge and our fortress.
• He will always shield us from attacks.
• As long as we remain in Him, and don’t violate His laws, He will always hide us in His pavilion.

5. GOD WILL JUDGE ALL THOSE WHO ATTACK THE RIGHTEOUS

• Jer. 51 v 57

“And I will make drunk Her princes and wise men, Her governors, her deputies, and her mighty men. And they shall sleep a perpetual sleep

And not awake,” says the King, Whose name is the Lord of hosts. 

• Jer. 30 v 23

“Behold, the whirlwind of the Lord Goes forth with fury, A continuing whirlwind; It will fall violently on the head of the wicked.”

• Isa. 59 v 19

“So shall they fear The name of the Lord from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.”

• Judgment of God is upon those attacking the righteous.
• The spirit of the Lord will raise a standard against them.
• They shall fall into the pit dug for the righteous.

6. GOD DELIVERS THE RIGHTEOUS FROM THEIR TROUBLES

• Psalms 34 v 15 – 19

v.15 “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.”

v.16 “The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.”

v.17 “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles.”

v.18 “The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.”

v.19 “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.”

• God’s eyes are upon the righteous perpetually.
• I like verse 16 that affirms that the face of the Lord is against them that do evil and He will cut off their remembrance from the earth.
• What a mighty God we serve. A caring father, Our protector, our shield, our refuge, our hiding place.
• God has the supreme power to deliver the righteous from all their troubles and afflictions. Halleluyah!

7. GOD WILL GIVE US ANGELIC SECURITY

• Psalms 91 v 10 – 12

v.10 “No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;”

 v.11  “For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.”

 v.12  “In their hands they shall [c]bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.”

• Psalms 34 v 7

“The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him,

And delivers them.” 

• Daniel 6 v 22

“My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.” 

• Daniel 3 v 28

“Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God”

• God wards off attacks against us by the Ministry of His Angels under the control of the Holy Spirit.
• God releases special Angels for our Security, Escort and Surveillance. So, we need to demand for ANGELIC ESCORT, ANGELIC SECURITY, ANGELIC INTERVENTION and ANGELIC SURVEILLANCE in the name of Jesus wherever we go.

4. CONDITIONS TO AVOID ATTACKS AND THE ATTACKERS 

1. Salvation –        1 Sam. 12 v 2
2. Repentance –        Luke 5 v 32
3. Go for Deliverance –        Gen. 45 v 7
4. Restitution –        Exo. 22 c 12
5. Holiness –        Luke 1 v 75
6. Study the word of God –        John 1 v 1
7. Flee from Sin –        1 John 1 v 8 – 9
8. Have the Fear of God           –        Prov. 19 v 23
9. Have Faith in God –        Mark 9 v 23
10. Total Trust in God –        Jer. 17 v 5 – 8
11. PRAYERS

“And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.”

8. Arrows of strange attacks fired into my life, backfire in Jesus name.
9. Gang up of attacks against my life, scatter by fire in Jesus name.
10. Enough is enough, I command activities of darkness in my life to terminate now in Jesus name. (Psalm 7 v 9)
11. Weapons of darkness facilitating strange attacks in my life, be paralysed in Jesus name (Isaiah 54 v 17)
12. Dark routes of attacks into my life, be closed now by the power in the blood of Jesus in Jesus name.
13. Chains of darkness tying me down to strange attacks, break by fire now in Jesus name.
14. Strange dreams fuelling these attacks in my life, by the power in the blood of Jesus, be cancelled in Jesus name. ( 2 v 14)
15. Strange bad habits and behaviours strengthening these attacks in my life, blood of Jesus cancel them in Jesus name.
16. Strange attacks ravaging against me, my work & family be aborted in Jesus name.
17. From strange unexplainable attacks frustrating my life, O! Lord deliver me in Jesus name.
18. Dark voice of attacks against my life, work and family, be silenced in Jesus name.
19. Deadly dark assignment against my life, family and work, be aborted in Jesus name.
20. Delegated dark agents mandated to carry out dangerous attacks in my life, be disgraced in Jesus name.
21. Dark powers reporting me for evil in the dark kingdom, perish by fire in Jesus name.
22. I refuse to be sentenced to Death/attacks in the court of darkness in Jesus name.
23. Any plan of the attackers to cause fresh attacks in my life, family and work, be aborted in Jesus name.
24. I command all my attackers to give up on my matter in Jesus name. Give up now!!!
25. Holy Spirit, attack all my attackers in Jesus name.
26. Give thanks unto the Lord for your Victory.
