Few powerful people I know all over the world talk less than Mr. Igboho does.

He is setting himself up for those who may want to test him. He talks as if he is a one man Battalion. I do like him but he should talk less.

The Yorubas are too sophisticated to put all our eggs and hopes in his only basket.

Ogedengbe Agbogungboro, Fabumi Okemesi, Olota l’Ule Ado Orobojeki l’Otun and Baralaye Sao Apatapiti in Akure and Osubale in ÌDÀNRÈ are all powerful traditional war heroes in Yoruba Land.

They all let their works speak for them. Strong man Igboho did not talk like this when he fought in the Modakeke Skirmish or imbroglio with Ile Ife as I recall. Most people would have remembered his name.

We appreciate his courageously standing up to defend the Yorubas but there is a limit to what he alone can do if the push comes to shove.

His comments on the death of the son of Generis Overseer Enoch Adejare Adeboye were totally uncalled for and ill-advised.

If he could not sympathize with the man and his wife he needs not add more to their sorrow and misery and tragedy only to be apologizing later.

Most Yorubas don’t appreciate that at all. He should steer clear of such controversies from now on. He should stop making more and more enemies for himself and for the Yorubas by talking too much

The Yorubas still appreciate him and we still need him but he must let wiser counsel prevail.
