The Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, David Oyedepo, has revealed some of the facilities contained in the church’s new Ark auditorium at Canaanland, Ota, Ogun State.
Oyedepo said the massive facility, which he described as a “global amazement”, has 109,000 seats, 20 chillers, 126 escalators and 29 elevators.
He disclosed this on Saturday during the Day Five Impartation Service of the 2026 Annual Youth Alive Convention held at the Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland.

The five-day convention, which ran from August 18 to 22, was held under the theme, “Next Levels.”
Speaking in a video sighted by PUNCH Online on Tuesday, Oyedepo said the Ark was built without financial stress, attributing its completion to what he described as the “unlimited breakthrough power” of God.
“What you have going on now, called The Ark, is a global amazement. I mean, it’s a global amazement,” he said.
According to him, the facility has 109,000 seats, stressing that they are seats and not benches.
He also said 20 chillers had been installed to service the central air-conditioning system, noting that one chiller could power a 5,000-bed hotel.
“There are 109,000 seats. Seats, not benches. Seats. There are 20 chillers.
“One chiller can power a 5,000-bed hotel. There are 20 of them to service the central air-conditioners. There are 126 escalators, 29 elevators,” Oyedepo said.
The bishop also disclosed that the church had not recently raised a special offering for the construction of The Ark.
He said funds raised in the church were being used for other purposes, including assisting needy members.
“Now, ask Faith Tabernacle, when was the last offering raised for The Ark? Not even mentioning Sunday offering. Any offering for The Ark,” he said.
Oyedepo said the church also supports a minimum of 2,000 people every week through its welfare intervention, while insisting that there was no outstanding financial obligation on The Ark.
“Nothing on ground will be paid tomorrow. All paid off. They are just fixing,” he said.
He further said the project had progressed without requiring constant prayers or appeals for funds from the congregation.
According to him, the development demonstrated the power of breakthroughs without stress.
Oyedepo subsequently declared that believers would experience stress-free breakthroughs, urging them to embrace love as a key principle for continuous advancement.
“Your breakthroughs from henceforth shall be stress-free,” he declared.
He added that love was “the greatest lifter of the believer”, urging members to remain in love so they could continue to experience changes in their lives.
