The Court of Appeal on Tuesday ordered the immediate past governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello to produce himself for arraignment.
The Court also restrained Bello from taking further steps in the charge unless he is arraigned.

Bello’s whereabouts have been unknown since the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, attempted to arrest him during a raid on his residence in Abuja, a few months ago.
Governor Usman Ododo had scuttled attempts by EFCC’s operatives to arrest Bello from his residence in Abuja.
EFCC is currently prosecuting Bello for alleged misappropriation of over N80 billion while he was a governor for eight years.
