The knowledge and skills that the people of Ile-Oluji invested in their children many years back have now helped the kingdom to reorganise herself and manage her resources as productive members of Ondo State and Nigeria in general. Ile-Oluji, from the beginning, has been an independent district that understood the culture of collective engagements for developments. Our collective engagements and ability to use our collective skills and knowledge to the benefits of our local economy is one of the most envious factors that determine our uniqueness.
The leadership of our great Ile-Oluji kingdom began to deal with inequality and poverty that may create future problems, underdevelopment, social unrest, etc, for the kingdom and started investing heavily in her education system. The leadership understood clearly that one of the best ways to leverage human capital for future economic growth is to invest in education.

The community leaders, old students, clubs, and societies championed by Oloye Akinsola Akinfemiwa (OON); the Aro of Ile-Oluji Kingdom, the Speaker of Ile-Oluji Assembly rose up to rebuild the pillars of education in the kingdom. Education will improve the quality and quantity of human capital by increasing the knowledge, skills, and creativity of our future workforce.
Education will reduce social exclusion by providing more opportunities and access to better jobs and incomes for our children. Moreso, education in our society will foster a culture of lifelong learning and innovation that can adapt to changes in technology.
The ideology of the Speaker of Ile-Oluji Assembly, our own Oloye Aro Sola Akinfemiwa (OON), is that the main objective of education in modern society is mainly to equip the young students with sufficient literacy, numeracy and basic knowledge that is necessary and sufficient for participating in the complexities of today’s industry and society. This will enable our children to be useful to themselves and the larger society when they attain adulthood.
In order to make teaching and learning achievable in the kingdom, the Ile-Oluji Assembly (a united Ile-Oluji people for purpose and development, but domiciling in various parts of the world) pulled resources together and installed 6.5 KVA solar inverter to the each of the six Ile-Oluji Assembly covered public secondary schools in Ile-Oluji in Ondo State. This will guarantee uninterrupted power supply in all our public secondary schools.
Another giant step to make teaching and learning achievable is taken by the Chairman Education Group of Ile-Oluji Assembly; Engr. Sam Adegboyega by making provision for internet facilities in all our Ile-Oluji Assembly covered public secondary schools in Ile-Oluji Kingdom. This bold step has taken care of the shortage of teachers in our schools. The students will have access to different eLearning platforms with the use of the internet.

It is obvious that these infrastructures were made possible through a lifelong culture of our collective engagements as a people. Ile-Oluji people have a history and customs that appreciate and promote unison and togetherness. The culture handed over to us by our forefathers and which we pledged to hand over to our own children.
