Later in life, Nwadike went on to become a full-fledged gospel singer as well as an actor. He claims that before he started singing and selling his own music, he relied on dancing for other musicians to make ends meet. He was also ex-governor Okorocha’s special assistant on mobilisation and a former member of Imo State pilgrims board.

He was married to Dorah Nwadike and they had three children.
