Super Eagles caretaker coach Augustine Eguavoen has listed conditions that would make him consider managing the team on a permanent basis.

Eguavoen is currently managing the Super Eagles for the fourth time.

The 58-year-old said he would only agree to be the substantive head coach of the three-time African champions if he is offered a long-term contract.

“The Super Eagles job I’m doing right now, if I were to switch permanently, it’s something I’d need to sit down, reflect, and think deeply about because it’s not a small job,” he told Brila FM.

”It will be a tough one. You have to give me long-term contract with patience and clauses in that contract because winning is not guaranteed every week or day.

“You will give me time to tweak the team till I find what I want.”

Prompt News reports that Eguavoen during his days played for KSV Roeselare of Belgium, DC United of USA, Russia’s Torpedo Moscow, Vfl Bochum of Germany and Dynamo Kyiv of Ukraine.
