Commencing on Monday, August 24, 2026, Dr Collins Nweke, will write a regular column exclusively for The Podium International Magazine (www.thepodiummedia.com).
Dr Nweke is an International Trade Consultant and Economic Diplomacy practitioner.
A Green Councillor Emeritus at Ostend City Council, Belgium, he completed 18 years of public service in December 2024.
As a first-generation migrant who transitioned from civil society leadership into elected office, he writes extensively on democracy, economic policy, governance, and Africa–Europe relations.
He is the author of Economic Diplomacy of the Diaspora and a columnist for The Brussels Times and Proshare, as well as a regular Global Affairs Analyst across international media.
Trained in International Business Management, Corporate Strategy, and Management Social Economy, Collins is a Distinguished Fellow and Governing Council member of the International Association of Research Scholars and Administrators, and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Management Consultants.
He holds a PhD (hc) in Governance and writes from Brussels.
