Bunmi Badejo Ayuba, one of Nigeria’s renowned fashion designers, has been announced the winner of the Ace Award of Excellence as the Ace Fashion Business Entrepreneur of the Year.
The award was conveyed in a letter dated August 21, 2024 and signed by L.O. Adeleke, CEO of the Ace Media Organisation.
Bunmi Badejo Ayuba started Tailormade fashion business in 1992 on Adeniyi Jones street Lagos.

She later moved to Alade market Allen Avenue to be near her target audience who are women. She’s currently in Iponri shopping centre Surulere.
A lot of designers and business entrepreneurs have passed through her tutelage.
In the course of her career she has trained and mentored youth corpers, young unemployed graduates and the underprivileged looking to better themselves, even some for free as her contribution to humanity.
She has contributed and will continue to contribute to the development of young women looking to become entrepreneurs.
Bunmi Badejo Ayuba has earned the respect of her peers and has become a role model in her field. She had been recognized by different organizations and groups with several awards in the past.
She has sustained achievements against all odds with determined applications, hard work, moral courage, vision and ability to make tough decisions.
Bunmi Badejo Ayuba is a Mass Communication graduate of Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta. She had brief stints in Advertising, Public Relations, and Broadcasting.
A widow with children and grandchildren, she is a volunteer for Caring Hearts Initiatives,a reputable N.G.O and she is a follower of Christ.
