Blessing CEO, the Nigerian influencer, has returned to social media weeks after facing public backlash over claims of stage four breast cancer.
The controversy began in January when Blessing CEO announced her diagnosis. She shared a purported medical report to support her claim and solicited financial support from the public.
Xinus Medical Diagnostics, however, countered her claim, accusing her of altering the report. The diagnostic centre disclosed that the original document had been issued to someone named Deborah Mbara in May 2025.

Earlier this month, Mbara, a makeup artist and cancer survivor, narrated how Blessing CEO allegedly obtained her medical report.
Subsequently, Mbara’s family filed a petition with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), accusing Blessing of cyberbullying, forgery, and orchestrating a multi-million naira fundraising scam.
The petition alleged that Blessing CEO defrauded well-meaning Nigerians of over N300 million by exploiting Deborah’s health crisis.
The Nigerian Cancer Society (NCS) also demanded an investigation and said it would engage with relevant authorities to ensure accountability.
Shortly after, Blessing CEO, born Blessing Okoro Nkiruka, deactivated her Instagram account. Weeks later, she reactivated the page.
Checks by TheCableLifestyle showed that Blessing CEO has removed all posts related to her breast cancer claim, including her interviews. She, however, retained one documentary post advising women on proper breast checks.
