Controversial Nigerian media personality and socialite, Toke Makinwa has waded into the conversation on social media after Meghan Markle made very startling revelations during an interview with Oprah Winfrey about her marriage to the royal Prince Harry.
Meghan opened up on how Prince Harry’s family is full of racists and despite how family treats her, her husband still chose to stay with her.
Reacting to this some Nigerians praised Prince Harry and threw their support for Meghan but in a post by Toke Makinwa, she warned that before anybody supports Meghan, they must ensure the wives married to their family are not going through hell too.
Toke Makinwa tweeted;
Before you come out and support Meghan pls make sure the wives married in to your family are not going through hell too. Some of you hate your brother’s wife but are quick to crucify the BRF. Charity begins at home. Let that woman breathe.
There might not be racism in your family but there is classism, your own mother is wicked to your brothers wife, you think she’s spending all your brother’s money or controlling him yet you are trying to fix the royal family problems??? Fix your own first. Charity begins at home.
