The company commenced business on the 18th of June 2010 and has functioned as a law-abiding going concern from inception till now. The business was created to plug the “great-value-for-money” gap in the hospitality sector in Ibadan and still fulfills this mission now.
Our management team is headed by an experienced Chief Executive with the benefit of 21 years of corporate experience at the senior leadership level across the telecommunications, Food and beverage, and Pharmaceutical sectors. The management team is supported by a dedicated and resourceful team of staff who are always ready to go over and beyond guests’ expectations to achieve customer satisfaction.
We currently have a total of 21 employees across all Front office, Housekeeping, Food and beverage, and Security departments
Location: The facility is located at Number 23, Jibowu road, next door to the Best Western Hotel and adjacent premier FM, in a serene area of Iyaganku GRA; about 200 meters away from the Dugbe Central Business District. Access roads are tarred and motorable.
Description: Purpose-built hotel complex of 15 rooms on 2 floors with a basement floor housing the service area – restaurant, Kitchen, drivers’ accommodation, Laundry, and conveniences. There are 4 units of 3000 litre water tanks supplied by 2 bore-holes already drilled on site. Four generators (80 KVA, 50KVA, 40KVA and 27KVA respectively) are installed to guarantee uninterrupted power supply.
Finishing and furnishing: All rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped to guarantee maximum comfort.

Vision and future goals
To build a franchise-able hospitality brand synonymous with superior value delivery in the boutique hotel segment. Our future growth and expansion strategy will leverage the La Maison brand name and will be implemented via a lease-upgrade-manage model.
We have grown our average occupancy performance over and above pre-pandemic levels (70%) to 80% as of 2023; using our customer-centric approach that continues to guarantee customer retention and repeat visits.
