The Court of Appeal Yola Division on Monday nullified the election of Senator Ishaku Abbo, representing Adamawa Northern Senatorial District.
The Court of Appeal however ordered INEC to withdraw the Certificate of return issued to Senator Abbo, and be issued to Rev. Amos Yohanna Kumai, the PDP Candidate.
