  • Laughter is a sound of joy.
  • Laughter is showing emotion of joy.
  • Laughter is finding amusement or pleasure in something.
  • Laughter is a free gift from God.
  • It is good for our spirit, soul and body.
  • It is a tool to express our inner joy.
  • Life is better when you are laughing.
  • A day without laughter is a day wasted.
  • Rejoicing and laughter go together, receive them in Jesus name.
  1. GOD WILL FILL YOUR MOUTH WITH LAUGHTER
  • Job 8 v 20 – 21

v.20 “Behold, God will not cast away a perfect man, neither will he help the evil doers:”

v.21 “Till he fill thy mouth with laughing, and thy lips with rejoicing.”

  1. GOD KNOWS YOUR ABILITY TO ENDURE
  • 1 Cor. 10 v 13

 v.13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

  • Life is full of ups and downs
  • God will never allow you to be tested beyond your ability to endure.
  • God knows your breaking limits, endurance limits and your coping limits.
  • He will strengthen your coping mechanism in Jesus name.
  • He will make a way out for you and make you laugh last on that matter in Jesus name.
  • The present challenge will not drown you in Jesus name. God will use it as a raw material for your laughter in Jesus name.
  • This critical time will pass away soonest in Jesus name.
  • God will make a way of escape for you now in Jesus.
  • What you are going through will end up in Testimonies in Jesus name.

  1. GOD WILL LAUGH AT THE ENEMIES OF YOUR LAUGHTER

  • God made him laugh by removing the shame of leprosy with an instruction to bathe seven times in the Jordan river.
  • He became whole.
  • He laughed last.
  1. BLIND BARTIMAEUS    –        Mark 10 v 46 – 52
  • Blind Bartimaeus –  that was not his full name.
  • His real name was Bartimeus Timaeus
  • negative condition gave him a strange name.
  • They were using his condition to describe him as Blind Bartimaeus the son of Timaeus (v 46)
  • Jesus intervened and the blindness disappeared.
  • He laughed last.
  1. JOSEPH –   Genesis 39 v 21

“But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.”

  • Joseph was thrown into the prison.
  • He knew the purpose of God for his life.
  • While in prison, God’s gift of dreams manifested in him
  • The gift took him to the palace miraculously.
  • He became the second-in-command in the diaspora (Egypt)
  • He laughed last.
  1. MEPHIBOSHETH –         2 Samuel 9 v 1 – 13 
  • He was condemned to the life of uselessness due to his disability.
  • He was sentenced to abandonment.
  • The covenant made between his father Jonathan & David found him out.
  • God remembered him despite Ziba’s description of him.
  • The reproach of his father’s house was turned into honor by King David.
  • He laughed last.
  1. THE MAN BY THE BEAUTIFUL GATE –  Acts 3 v 1 – 10
  • The Lame man at the beautiful gate.
  • He was born lame.  (A condition from his mother’s womb)
  • He became a beggar.
  • He experienced the Miraculous when Peter & John were passing by.
  • He laughed last.
  • Today a turnaround miracle will trigger your own laughter in Jesus name.
  1. THE MAN BY THE POOL OF BETHESDA –     John 5 v 2 – 9
  • This man suffered rejection and stagnation for 38 years
  • The blessings of God located him and his suffering of many years was terminated.
  • He laughed last
  1. THE WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD – Mathew 9 v 20 – 22
  • For 12 years, she experienced ceaseless issuance of blood
  • condition that kept her miserable and despondent.
  • An encounter with Jesus brought her healing
  • He laughed last.
  1. HANNAH –       1 Samuel 1 v 5 – 20
  • Hannah suffered infertility for years
  • Her co-wife, Peninah mocked and taunted her
  • Prophet Eli mistook her for a drunken woman while she was agonising in prayers.
  • In her pain, she cried to God with a vow to dedicate the child unto the Lord
  • God heard her cry and gave her a child and five other children (3 sons and 2 daughters)
  • 1 Sam. 2 v 21

“And the LORD visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the LORD.)
