“Women Don’t Do BBL to Please their Husbands” – Lady Sparks Debate, Cites Bambam and Regina Daniels

A Nigerianlady has sparked heated conversations online after sharing her opinion on why women undergo cosmetic procedures like Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), she argued that women who go under the knife are not doing it to keep their marriages or impress their partners, but for reasons beyond what many people assume.

In her words, she said:

“No married woman is doing a BBL to stay with her husband. No woman is doing it to keep her man. They are doing it for their own target audience, not for their partner.”

She further referenced public figures like BamBam and Regina Daniels to back up her claim, arguing that body enhancement has little to do with sustaining relationships.

According to her, even in long-term marriages, such decisions can change dynamics, as she insisted that women who undergo such procedures often shift their focus afterward.

“Look at Bambam and Regina Daniels. After everything, their relationships still changed. Even a woman married for 30 years did BBL and things were no longer the same. So it’s not about keeping a man, it’s about something else entirely,” she added.

Social media users have shared mixed opinions, while some agreed to her to her claims, others disagreed, saying her examples were not accurate and shouldn’t define everyone’s reality.
