Former Ondo State Commissioner for Finance, Wale Akinterinwa, has been honoured with the 20th Hero Leadership Award during the 50 Icons in Ondo State @ 50 celebration held at the DOME Events and International Cultural Centre, Akure.
Receiving the award on his behalf was Comrade Barr. Sola Ajisafe, who represented him at the colourful ceremony that formed part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of Ondo State.
The award recognises Akinterinwa’s outstanding leadership, financial expertise, and remarkable contributions to economic growth, governance, and development in Ondo State.
