Some passersby on Wednesday stopped two men of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency from arresting a driver.
The driver’s offence could not be ascertained as of the time of filing this report.
Although the location of the incident could not be determined, voices in the video expressed anger at the action of the LASTMA operatives.
