2. Things must be done decently and in order. “We must intentionally train and retrain our ministers and workers if we want to be relevant. Workers in the vineyard of God need fresh and contemporary knowledge in leadership and administration.

• GODLY FAMILY LIFE SYSTEM
• Church members must be prepared for a Godly family life system so that marriages and relationships can be salvaged.

• ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING
• General Overseers must deliberately train and groom their members in entrepreneurship, so that more small business owners can emerge.

• COOPERATIVE & CROWD FUNDING
• Churches must form cooperatives and come up with crowdfunding models in order to provide capital for entrepreneurs among them.

• EXPERIENCED TECHNOCRATS SHARING KNOWLEDGE
• Churches must work with technocrats and experienced professionals to share knowledge with their members.
• Create Innovations Department
• Fill the knowledge gap always
• Digital literacy campaign is a must in the Church
• Artificial intelligence  (AI) knowledge needed

• COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
• Churches must engage in community development projects.
• NGOS
• Community works
• Giving back to the Society
• Be relevant in your immediate environment

• GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
• The Church must prepare its members for governance and leadership.
• Create a Governance & Leadership Department

• YOUTH NENTORSHIP & EMPOWERMENT
• There should be Programmes for youth mentorship and empowerment. There must be  an Innovation department in each church.

• WELLNESS DEPARTMENT
• Churches must have a wellness department
• Healthy lifestyle literacy

3. Invest in other Ministers
4. Invest in the on-coming YOUTHS

2. The Church must encourage enlistment in the Military.  Ministries, Department & Agencies (MDAs)

The Church must be involved in:

• Organizing shows
• Sponsoring Events
• Newsprint
• Filming
• Music production
• Drama
• Media Propaganda
