Filling stations across Nigeria have lowered their petrol pump prices following recent reductions by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and Dangote Refinery.
According to Daily Post, checks by on Tuesday showed that Mobil, NIPCO, AP Ardova and Eterna filling stations in Abuja have all reduced their pump prices to between N1,280 and N1,296 per liter, down from N1,370 and N1,390.
This means that the petrol retail outlets dropped their fuel prices by N90 and N94 per liter.

This comes barely 24 hours after it was reported that NNPCL dropped its petrol price to N1,295 per liter from N1,361.
Recall that last week Friday, Dangote Refinery announced its petrol gantry drop by N85 to N1,200 per liter after at least five fuel hikes in March 2026 as a result of crude oil price volatility tied to the Iran, United States-Israel war in the Middle East.
