The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, is currently meeting with domestic airline operators in the country.
DAILY POST reports that meeting, which is taking place in Abuja, followed concerns raised about flight disruptions and the attitude of some airline staff, among other issues.
The engagement is also looking at regulatory issues around unruly passenger behaviour and passenger handling protocols.
The meeting is also deliberating on unresolved refunds or compensation issues, as well as the enforcement of phone switch-off instructions, protection for cabin crew, and improved travel experience for passengers.
