The launch marked a significant milestone for Sweetmood Homes as it officially unveiled its vision of delivering comfort, style, and value through thoughtfully designed residential apartments.

Speaking at the event, Chief Lawal Adeniyi, the Chief Executive of Sweetmood Homes, stated that the apartments were developed to meet the growing demand for quality housing in Ibadan. According to him, Sweetmood Homes Apartments, which comprises 10 units of 2-bedroom exquisite flats, one on the ground floor and three on each of the three floors, combine contemporary architecture with functional living spaces, ensuring residents enjoy both luxury and convenience.

Investors were particularly drawn to the wide range of facilities offered by the development. These include 24-hour security surveillance, uninterrupted power supply, ample parking spaces, modern recreational areas, water treatment, and well-fitted kitchens and wardrobes. The apartments also feature eco-friendly designs and excellent road connectivity, making them ideal for both residential and short-let investment purposes.

Chief Lawal highlighted flexible payment plans and attractive return-on-investment packages, making Sweetmood Homes Apartments a compelling option for both first-time and seasoned investors. He assured buyers of timely project delivery and adherence to high construction standards.

The launch of Sweetmood Homes Apartments, a joint venture between Sweetmood Homes and Apia Homes, further underscores Ibadan’s position as a prime destination for real estate investment, as the city continues to experience rapid urban growth and rising housing demand. With its strategic location and investor-friendly offerings, Sweetmood Homes Apartments is poised to become one of the most sought-after residential developments in Ibadan.

According to Chief Lawal, Year 2026 offers glorious prospects for real estate lovers. “We should expect the completion of Aria house at Chief Lateef Oyelade GRA, Ring Road, Ibadan, and the development of low-cost housing to satisfy the yearning of some of our customers. The price of each unit starts from N50million. The initial deposit is 30%, while the remaining 70% can be paid over a year. However, prices may increase as development progresses”. He told The Podium.
