Keep Crying! Fani-Kayode Mocks Reports on His Rejection by Germany

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has dismissed reports claiming that Germany rejected him for an ambassadorial appointment, describing the story as false.

The claim had emerged following a report by Peoples Gazette, which alleged that German authorities declined his nomination.

“Fake news everywhere,” he wrote.

He went on to accuse opposition figures of trying to undermine his appointment.

“These opposition elements are so pained by my appointment and they are doing everything to discredit me and scuttle it,” he added.

Despite the controversy, the former minister maintained that he remains committed to serving the country.

“Whether they like it or not I will serve my country! Keep crying!” he said.
