Muslihu Yusuf Ali, a councilor representing Guringawa Ward in Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano State, has surprised many by announcing the appointment of 18 aides.
in a statement released on March 11, Ali, who is the Chief Whip of the Legislative Arm of the Local Government, said the aides are to support him in the discharge of his duties.
