The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the Kaduna state governorship election.
According to the INEC returning officer, Professor lawal Idris, the Mr. Sani Uba of the APC scored 730,002 vote to defeat his closest rival of the PDP, who scored 719,196 votes.
