He Stole My Heart With Good Sex… And Broke My Home With Crude Theft

The event that culminated in my being sent out of my matrimonial home started in a boarding school in Yewa area of Ogun State. I was at home with my husband one day when a relative of my husband came calling in our place.

Then I’d just lost my job as a nurse at the State Hospital. On this visit she’d come to tell my husband of a job. My husband called me to be part of the discussion.

“Mama Bisi, has just told me of a job,” said my husband.

“It is as a matron. You will be with the female students in their hostel and you will help to ensure the cooks prepare the food under a standard hygienic condition…that is all.”

After Mama Bisi had finished her explanation, we all agreed it was a job I should not lose. The pay was not much, but it was better than nothing.

The necessary arrangement was made and I moved to the school. My husband being a teacher in a secondary school at Abeokuta remained there, while I was returning home every weekend.

The first man I was introduced to in the school was Oladapo. He was the school’s house master. He was an extrovert. But I heard that he’d slept with almost every girls in the hostel. I wondered how possible this was. And left it for time to tell.

When I got to the school, I was asked to stay in the Corper’s Lodge, where then harboured Oladapo and Mr. Olaseni, his assistant who was also the school’s Mathematics teacher. This helped me a lot to discover how nice Mr. Oladapo was. He was such a nice person that I could not but tell my husband about him.

Later, we discovered Oladapo and my husband were both at the time pursuing a degree programme at the University of Nigeria. Being an NCE holders, they were doing the Sandwich programme, so that they would have time to face their jobs. This also helped to cement the relationship between our families, as I got to know Oladipo’s wife.

One day, however, I was dressing up in my room when Mr. Oladapo rushed into my room and saw me naked. I could not rush to cover up.

“I’m very sorry,” he said, rushing out just as he rushed in.

I quickly dressed up and went into Mr. Oladapo room. I met him reading his lesson note.

“I’m sorry for what happened a while ago,” he said as I walked into his room.

“Come on, we do not need to make an issue out of that. Let’s just forget it, okay,” I offered.

Just as I stopped talking, a fly flew from an unknown direction and went straight into my eyes. Mr. Oladapo quickly swing into action, blowing air into my eyes to flush out the fly. What happened after was better experienced than imagined. His touch unsettled me. He noticed. One thing led to the other.

Like possessed duo we caressed, smooched and kissed each other. Right there, with my back to the wall and one of my leg raised up and placed on a stool, he made love to me in a way I’d never experienced before. The feeling was electrifying.

My goodness, the door was not locked with key. I thanked my star nobody came in. It would have been a disaster. But the doomsday was only postponed.

At night in my room, I could not but reminiscence on what happened at noon. My conscience engaged me in a battle.

“God, what is wrong with me? I’m not myself. Yes, I’m not. If I’m why would I sleep with a man that is more or less my husband’s friend. And under that condition, not on a bed…I’m  crazy. Something is wrong with me. Would I still be able to face my husband, even Mr. Oladapo…My God…”

The following morning I tried frantically to avoid one-on-one contact with Oladapo, but fate was very unfair to me. At that time there was water scarcity at Abeokuta and its environ. So, There was no  water to prepare the breakfast. I had to run to him to help mobilise the students to get water for the kitchen. I would have bye-passed him, but the male students were very difficult to deal with. So, I had to see him if anything must be achieved.

“Don’t worry, I’ll get them to do it. In about thirty minutes now I will lead them to the river and we will get enough water for the kitchen.

As I was about going out of his room, he called me back, lookd me straight in the eyes and said.

“I have never had it so good…Perhaps you’ll deem it fit that we should be having more of it…”

I stormed out of his though I was convinced that I too had never had it so good.

The communication gap between us widened for good two weeks. But one day he made the bold move by asking one of the students living in a room in the lodge to call me. I went into his room.

“What is the matter with you?” asked he as I sat on the chair in the room, playing with the books on his reading table. I didn’t answer.

He paced at the ceiling, looked at me, knelt down in front of me and started talking.

“Bola”, he called my name, “I don’t know… I just don’t know. But I guess we are meant to do something in each other’s life… I don’t know but I guess we should not just look on as if we’ve nothing in common.”

“Do you realised I’m married? “I managed to say.

“Likewise myself.”

I allowed him touch me, but we did not go beyond that on that particular day. But we did it for the second time the following day. It was even better than the first day. Meanwhile, my husband was always showering praises on Oladapo each time he came around to see me.

Within four months we could not count how many times we had satisfied our libido. By this time I was virtually living in his room. I spent most night there, except when he travelled to Abeokuta to see his wife or the wife came around.

One day after we were just through with the ‘third round’, he told me something.

“Some people have been telling my wife about us…”

“Really!”

“I don’t know what they hope to achieve from this…I don’t really know their motives…”

“Who do you suspect?” I asked.

“I suspect nobody in particular. It must be one of those female students who has fallen out of favour with me… But she does not believe the person and would not disclose the person’s identity…”

“That should not bother you…The major thing is that she does not believe the story.”

“Let’s hope they won’t go further to prove that they are saying the truth.”

If I had gone back at the stage, there would not have been any reason to regret, not even to talk of writing this peace. But I was having a swell time sleeping with Oladapo, that going back was certainly absent in my dictionary.

Luck, however, ran against me when we made fool of ourselves right on my matrimonial bed. It was during the holiday. My husband was supposed to have gone to Nsuka for his programme. So also was Oladapo.

Oladapo for financial purpose decided to postpone his resumption by some days. And he decided to drop by before resuming, knowing fully my husband had gone. He tried to touch me. I protested. That was rather daring. “How would you sleep with me in my house. That is crude theft” I said to him. Along the way, we could not help but satisfy our libido. And half way into it my husband came in.

Uptil now, I don’t understand what happened. Where was he coming from? Did anyone hint him? These and many more are the mysteries I’m yet to resolve. My husband personally drove and dumped me in my parents’ house. The resultant crisis led to the sack of Oladipo and I. I have since been miserable and lonely. I now live in a room apartment I rented near Sapon.

My greatest regret is that my husband refuses to let me see my kids. Perhaps he does not want me to corrupt them. It’s been six rough months without my kids. God, help soften his stone heart.Great Skodi
