‎A man’s visit to his crush’s church ended in tears after she opened up about her relationship status.

‎The heartbreaking incident was shared by @MilanKore on the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter).

‎According to the X user, the man, identified as Shola, spent his ₦2,000 on transport to his crush’s church.

‎”He didn’t even like night vigil like that. Shola loved sleeping, but she posted on her WhatsApp status: “I love men who pray.So he went”,The tweet reads in part.

During the night vigil, Shola stood two rows behind his crush, forcing himself to close his eyes whenever she looked back.

However, after the night vigil, he engaged in a conversation with her.

During the conversation, the lady disclosed that her boyfriend was a worker in the church.

Sharing the aftermath of the lady’s disclosure, the X user stated,”Shola felt his soul leave his body small small.He still had to borrow transport to go back home. 😭😭😭”.
