HARVEST IS A SURE SEASON AFTER SEED TIME AS ORDAINED BY GOD

Genesis 8 v 22

“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.”

2 HARVEST IS A TIME OF REAPING

Galatia 6 v 9

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”

4. HARVEST IS A TIME OF ACTUALISATION OF ALL GODLY PROMISES AND PROPHECIES

5. HARVEST IS A TIME OF REWARD AND DIVINE COMPENSATION

7. HARVEST IS A TIME OF ABUNDANT RAIN

“If the clouds are full of rain, They empty themselves upon the earth; And if a tree falls to the south or the north, In the place where the tree falls, there it shall lie.”

8. HARVEST IS A SEASON OF INCREASE AND SURPLUS

9. HARVEST IS A TIME TO EAT & DRINK THE GOOD OF YOUR LABOUR

v.13 “and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God.”

v.14 “I know that whatever God does, It shall be forever. Nothing can be added to it, And nothing taken from it.God does it, that men should fear before Him.”

10. HARVEST IS A TIME FOR YOUR GROUND TO YIELD HER

“For the seed shall be prosperous, The vine shall give its fruit,

The ground shall give her increase, And the heavens shall give their dew— I will cause the remnant of this people To possess all these.”

2. YOU MUST PATIENTLY WAIT FOR YOUR HARVEST

Habakkuk 2 v 3

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.”

3. YOU WILL HARVEST A HUNDRED FOLD OF WHAT YOU SOW

Mark 10 v 29 & 30

v.29 “So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother ]or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s”

v.30 “who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life”

4. YOUR SEED WILL YIELD HARVEST AFTER ITS KIND

v.11 “Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so.”

5. THERE IS A DUE SEASON FOR A HARVEST

6. YOUR HARVEST SEASON IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR SOWING SEASON

7. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO HARVEST IF YOU DON’T SOW

“For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat.”

“He who observes the wind will not sow, And he who regards the clouds will not reap.”

B. WHY MUST YOU PRAY AGAINST THE ENEMIES OF YOUR HARVEST

John 10 v 10

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

They are crafty and subtle in wasting people’s harvest.
They wont attack your labour, they will allow you to labour very hard but waste your harvest.
They allow business transactions to be ongoing but waste the harvest.
They allow one to study hard but waste the harvest by unleashing tragedies.
They make one to embark on prayer and fasting for days but waste the harvest through a terrible dream attack or any form of manipulation.
They make one to procure facilities to set up a business but ensure the products are rejected until one goes bankrupt and be in debt.
They make one to have children, train them but at the point of enjoying their fruits, they cause tragedies.‘

CONDITIONS FOR HARVEST

1. You must have relationship with God. John 3 v 16. Yield your life to God through our Lord Jesus Christ. You must be saved.

2. Live a life of Holiness. Shun Sins. Jer. 5 v 25. Sin is a Harvest destroyer.

3. Have Intimacy with God through meditation on His word on daily basis.

John 15 v 1 – 5.

4. Obey and do God’s Principles – Pay your Tithe, First fruit, offerings. Malachi 3 v 10, Prov. 3 v 9 & 10; Ezek. 44 v 30

5. Do not Grieve the Holy Spirit. Eph. 4 v 30.

6. Embark on Spiritual Warfare – Luke 18 v 1.

7. Watch and Pray, Prayer and Fasting is a must.

8. Make Restitution where and when necessary.

9. If you are on a wrong location, God must relocate you from that wrong house, wrong environment, wrong church, wrong business as you cannot testify nor progress in a wrong place.

10. Pray investigative, foundational prayers if your problems have overstayed.

11. Singles, stop sex before marriage so that you can be visited by God.

12. Avoid, bitterness, wrath, unforgiveness, heresies, malice, jestings that are not convenient.

13. SEXUAL immorality is a Testimony Killer. Run away from fornication and Adultery. Many peoples Testimonies have disappeared through Immorality. It is the quickest means to assassinate people’s testimonies.

14. Avoid destructive characters, like Gambling, Alcohol consumption, smoking, drugs intake, pool betting, etc.

15. Avoid illegal Businesses. Jer. 17 v 9 – 11.

16. Do not be lazy. Hard-work is a factor, also smart work.

17. Pray to be connected to your ordained Helpers will help you without abusing you in any form.

18. Giving and showing kindness are crucial factors.

19. Self-examination. Realizing your mistakes and correcting them in very essential.

20. Proper programming, organization, forecasting, motivation, control, communication and co-ordination are very key to having and retaining Testimonies.

21. Avoid I have arrived attitude.

28. Retreat – To pray, think and revitalize yourself.

29. Take good care of your Health. Health is wealth.

30. Always be grateful to God and your Helpers.

31. Avoid Procrastination and don’t waste opportunities.

32. Be passionate with your occupation.

33. Stop being deceitful. Honesty is rewarding.

34. Have the fear of God in your heart always. Prov. 19 v 23

35. Believe that with God nothing shall be impossible.

36. Have faith in God.
