Egyptian Dies After Dinner in Abuja Hotel

An Egyptian national has died after slumping in a hotel in Abuja.

A report by security blogger Zagazola Makama on Sunday quoted sources to have said that the deceased, identified as Mohammed Saleh, 56, “slumped while having dinner with three others at the Abuja Intercontinental Hotel, Wuse Zone 4, on Friday night.”

“The hotel’s Security Supervisor, Francis Yusuf, reported the matter to the Police, Wuse Division about 9:24 p.m. on Friday.

“The victim was immediately rushed to Kings Care Hospital, Wuse Zone 4, and was later referred to Wuse District Hospital, where he was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.

“The body has since been deposited at the hospital morgue for possible autopsy,” Zagazola Makama, in his report, quoted the sources to have further said.
