Zevas Communications employs 160 people in Cork and around the nation; the company was founded more than 20 years ago.

ResultsCX, a Florida-based provider of customer care solutions, purchased Zevas in August of last year.

Many international brands, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, rely on ResultsCX’s services.

The ResultsCX Ireland business will be hiring for the 150 new opportunities, most of which will be sales positions in the financial industry.

As part of that Irish subsidiary, Zevas Communications is leading ResultsCX’s European expansion.

The organisation will provide many of the people it hires the opportunity to work from home.

According to ResultsCX, the growth is a reaction to growing demand for its customer support services in the insurance, banking, financial services, and technology sectors.

ResultsCX’s managing director and CEO, Rajesh Subramaniam, stated that the company’s ambitions to develop and broaden in Europe depend heavily on its recently acquired Irish business.

“We deeply appreciate the support and encouragement from local authorities,” he stated. “Our commitment remains unwavering as we aim to further invest in the development of our workforce and contribute to the growth of the economy.”

Siddharth Parashar, the managing director for the company’s UK and Europe, stated that during the previous six months, the company’s Irish branch had grown remarkably.

“Moving forward, our aim is to double our workforce by the summer,” he stated.

“Recent acquisitions have strengthened our presence in the UK and Europe and coupled with our highly skilled and diverse international workforce in Ireland, we believe this region holds immense potential,” he stated.

Currently, ResultsCX has over 28,000 employees worldwide, 10,000 of whom work remotely.
