Arsenal have reached an agreement with Crystal Palace forward Eberechi Eze (27) on personal terms, French media Sports Zone understands. 

Looking to bridge the gap to Liverpool, Arsenal have been active in this summer’s transfer window, bringing in the likes of Noni Madueke, Viktor Gyökeres, Martín Zubimendi, Cristhian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard, and Kepa Arrizabalaga. Further recruits are, however, sought after ahead of the return of Premier League football.

Eze has emerged as a target for the Gunners and Sports Zone now understands that the club have reached an agreement with the England international on personal terms. The Crystal Palace man has been keen on making the move to the Emirates Stadium for several weeks.

As per Sports Zone, Arsenal are now about to submit a bid to Cryatal Palace. In the event that a deal cannot be negotiated with their London rivals, Arsenal would consider triggering the £60m plus £8m release clause included within his contract.
