Have you ever gotten to that stage in your life, when you just say you know what, am tired, in fact I can’t pretend anymore, one more second of wait is too long and expensive for me, forget what God said to me in my closet, forget the beautiful dreams and revelations that has come for me by others, and to me by the Holy spirit?
Have you gotten to that stage where you just want something to happen, and you say, I don’t mind, ANYTHING for me right now is fine, as it is better than nothing.
Hmmmm my Dear, my Dearest Dear…
You see that option called “ANYTHING” is the worst option to settle for in life, because that “ANYTHING” as you call it, so to say, that you feel is the rescue you need from that long reproach or long wait that you have had to face overtime.
That ANYTHING that you think will be the saviour of today, is what can cost you EVERYTHING tomorrow….
Basically,That’s the sweetest word the devil has been after in your life, he is waiting so hard for you to get to that stage of ANYTHING, as that is the Beginning of the End of Everything.
Yes,
Life is a risk, it is better you make a choice in life today and be ready to face the consequences tomorrow, than for you to get to a stage, and settle for ANYTHING.
ANYTHING is that one thing that the devil is waiting to use to take away everything from you.
So I beg you,
No matter the facet of your life as at this minute, don’t settle for just ANYTHING, just make a choice, think through, and be ready for the consequences.
As simple as the word sounds, “ANYTHING” always leaves you with an “Had I know” regret, pain, fatal injury, deep scars, and in some cases death..
I pray for you and for myself that according to the Yoruba prayer that says (OLUWA JOR MA FI KAN GBA KAN LO WO MI) by my translation
OH LORD PLEASE DON’T USE ANYTHING TO TAKE AWAY SOMETHING FROM MY LIFE.
Imagine a girl who doesn’t take alcohol, but she goes to a party, and they say, what would you like, just ask and it is yours, and she says ANYTHING is fine, and they go to mix weed, alcohol and hard drugs in a cup and served her,, and she takes it and, next thing she barely survived a rape case amongst other things when she wakes up at the hospital, and she is asking what happened.
ANYTHING Happened.
Know that for everything, You have a choice, so make it and don’t settle for ANYTHING.
It’s not God’s plan for you to settle for just ANYTHING.
That is why when he said you should ask “ANYTHING” in his name. (John 14:14). He meant be specific in the arrays of blessings.
Before God, ANYTHING is an invalid request, because, he will not impose anything on you, you have to decide, and choose what you want and ask for it.
God is not an impartial God, he will never ask you to wait for long, when he is yet to come up with a plan,
No he is not a man.
That wait in your life is for a reason, so that the name of the LORD will be Glorified in you. (John 9:1-3)
You are on the queue of waiting, because you have been chosen to bring God Glory.
So what the world and you, see as a but today, is that same thing God is about to use to change your story.
Know this;
God has finished his work in your life even before your first heart beat was felt, so don’t ever make the mistake of settling for less.
Everything about your Life according to his WILL has been customized before your birth, including the wrong choices you will make.
That is why he put his Word, and the Holy Spirit as your guide and guard, so you don’t make that mistake.
But just in case you make the mistake, Mercy is waiting to speak for you, if you will return back and ask for help.
So,
everytime you are close to giving up and settling for just “ANYTHING”, remind yourself of his words, in (Jeremiah 29:11, 1 Peter 5:10).
Don’t quit yet, I know it’s hard, it’s tough, but hey you are a fighter, you will win, so don’t settle for less.
