Less than 24 hours after the death of a popular Nollywood actor, Saint Obi, another popular actor, Murphy Afolabi, died on Sunday.
Reports say he died following a bathroom fall on Sunday morning. He was subsequently rushed to an unnamed hospital in Oshodi where he was confirmed dead.
He was said to be preparing for a meeting of the Entertainment Committee towards the May 29 inauguration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President-elect.
One of his colleagues, Tunde Ola-Yusuf, confirmed the sad news.
