It Is An Absurd Idea That Gov Bello Should Not Run For Presidency – Fani-Kayode

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, reacted to the idea that Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State should not run for Presidency.

According to FFK, it is an “absurd” idea for Nigerians to lambast the Kogi Governor’s interest in running for Presidency. This comes after Yahaya Bello shown interest in running for Presidency in 2023.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, FFK noted that Nigeria “needs a strong and decisive leadership, a generational change & a bridge-builder” which makes it ridiculous for some people to stand against Bello’s signified interest to run for Presidency.

His tweet reads

”The idea that Gov. Yahaya Bello should not run for the Presidency & that the NC zone, which has never produced a democratically-elected President,ought to settle for another position is absurd. Nigeria needs strong & decisive leadership, a generational change & a bridge-builder.”

A few days ago, Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, intimated that killing Yoruba Activist, Sunday Igboho will be the biggest mitake the Federal Government can make. He intimated that the “plan by some hardliners in the Federal government to kill or arrest” Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho is Nigeria’s biggest threat to peace and stability.

Sunday Igboho made headlines on popular blogs after he ordered Fulani herdsmen to vacate the Southwest region. FFK, who has been eulogizing the Yoruba activist averred that the biggest mistake that the Federal government can make it to arrest, detain or kill this man who has committed no crime.
