Former President of the Senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki, and former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola have on Tuesday visited Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta.

The group arrived at the state capital a few minutes after 12 noon and proceeded to observe a ‘closed door’ meeting at a Pent House within Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL).
The visit is speculated to be concerning consultations ahead of the 2023 presidential election. However, it is not clear if Saraki intends to contend for the party ticket.
