The management of iconic Nigerian singer 2Baba has raised fresh concerns about alleged internal interference affecting his career growth and international plans.

During an Instagram Live chat with media personality Daddy Freeze, members of the team recounted several incidents they believe have hindered key projects, especially those designed to expand the artiste’s presence in global markets.

Concerns Over Career Disruptions

One team member stressed the importance of reaching wider audiences abroad, noting that many Nigerian entertainers now relocate to boost their income.

“You go out there to make your money even if it’s 100,000 people listening the money is enough to sustain you,” he said. He then added, “2Baba needs to recognise that this woman is bad for business.”

They explained that while personal decisions are respected, the professional fallout cannot be overlooked.

When questioned about the role of the woman’s family, the team declined to comment, saying, “We don’t want to talk about family… this thing is deeper than what we’re seeing online.”

Team Shares Troubling Experiences

One team member described unsettling moments within the singer’s home, confessing, “I’ve entered into their bedroom and seen things I’m not meant to see. Daddy Freeze, I need therapy with what I’ve seen.”

He added that the team has always been committed to positioning 2Baba on the level of globally recognised African icons.

Halted International Plans

Another member recalled the long-term vision for the singer: “When I started working with 2Baba, my aim was for him to be larger. You can’t compare yourself to Burna Boy, but you can achieve what Angélique Kidjo has done. You can still do arenas.”

According to the team, major international projects had already been sealed, including a UK tour, an African tour, stadium concerts, and government-supported performances in at least five countries.

However, they alleged that everything came to a sudden stop. “But Natasha came and said no. We’re stamping everything down. We can’t move,” the management claimed.
