The Honourable Minister of Arts, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, Hon Hanatu Musa Musawa will declare the 9th edition of Lagos International Festival of Animation, LIFANIMA, open, on October 7, 2025 at Mike Adenuga Centre Ikoyi, Lagos.
The Honourable Minister commends the festival’s “commitment in promoting the sustainable growth and development of Nigeria’s Creative Economy”, through this laudable initiative.
LIFANIMA is Nigeria’s premier animation film festival, attracting more than 1,000 submissions from more than 100 countries every year.
