Following the goals of President Bola Tinubu’s Presidential CNG Initiative (Pi-CNG), Tetracore Energy has partnered Dangote Cement, a subsidiary of Dangote Group, to supply Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) for its logistic operations.

Tetracore is to deliver 400,000 standard cubic metres (SCM) of CNG to support Dangote Cement’s auto CNG demand.

This collaboration is projected to meet the demand from Dangote’s logistic fleet, while meeting the needs of auto CNG users.

To ensure seamless supply, Tetracore will deploy its state-of-the-art mobile refilling units and establish strategically located mother stations nationwide.

This innovation guarantees accessibility and reliability for Dangote’s logistic operations and other auto CNG users, supporting Nigeria’s transition to cleaner energy sources.

Tetracore spokesman, Dayo Williams, a programme executive, said: “This collaboration underscores Tetracore’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

“By collaborating with Dangote Cement, we are supporting one of the nation’s largest logistic operations, and driving adoption of CNG, a cleaner, more efficient fuel option.”
