The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Sunday morning declared Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani the winner of the Adamawa governorship election, VANGUARD reports.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner for the state, Barrister Hudu Yunusa just made the declaration following the supplementary election held Saturday.
