The Senior Special Assistant to the Sokoto State Governor on Strategic Communication, Nuruddeen Muhammad Mahe, has led the affirmation exercise of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the 2027 general elections in Magajin Gari ‘A’ Ward, Sokoto North Local Government Area.
Speaking during the exercise, Mahe described the affirmation as a demonstration of confidence in President Tinubu’s leadership and the APC’s commitment to strengthening democratic governance in Nigeria.
He commended the Independent National Electoral Commission for sustaining Nigeria’s democratic process and ensuring that citizens continue to exercise their constitutional right to elect leaders through a peaceful and credible system.
“I must commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for ensuring that democratic processes and practices prevail devoid of favouritism and nepotism,” Mahe stated.
He also applauded the APC leader in Sokoto State, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, Sarkin Yamman Sokoto, for what he described as his outstanding leadership and continued contributions to strengthening the party in the state.
Mahe further praised Governor Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto, Ph.D., for his transformative leadership and commitment to development in Sokoto State.
