The Indiana, USA Chapter of the Nigerians in Diaspora Organization (NIDO-IN) will be hosting a free curbside grocery pick up on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at the Anglican Church of the Resurrection, Indianapolis from 11am to 2pm.
According to NIDO-IN President, Mr Anthony Adetunji Adeleke, “We are pleased to join the good people of Indiana in providing support to minority Hossier families impacted by COVID-19 at the parking lot of Anglican Church, 8350 Ditch Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46260”.
Mr. Adeleke disclosed that NIDO-IN’s mission is to “engage in projects that would engender development in our country Nigeria. Furthermore, we stand as a conduit in which technology, education, healthcare advancement can flow positively between the state of Indiana, whole USA and Nigeria, and also the whole of Africa, because we believe there is no boundary between Nigeria and other African countries”.
The three main areas of focus for NIDO-IN are partnership with potential problem solvers, collaboration with local Nigerian-Owned establishments, and mentorship for young entrepreneurs.
