The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has called on residents and voters to participate actively in the FCT election, urging them to support candidates who can effectively represent their interests and work with authorities to deliver development.

Speaking in a video shared by Channels Television, Wike emphasized the importance of electing leaders who can engage constructively with government officials to ensure progress in their communities. He explained that leadership requires cooperation and alignment in order to achieve meaningful results, noting that voters must carefully consider the individuals they choose to represent them.

According to him, “Do your own on Saturday and leave the other one for me. All those politicians that come to talk stories, I’m not part of them. My own is talk and do, so I told this man, “I said, look, you have to vote for somebody that can talk to me, and I’ll listen to him.” You should not vote for somebody that when I go left, he goes right; when I go front, he goes back.”
