22-year-old Oladimeji Shotunde from Abeokuta South L.G.A, in Ogun State, has set a new record after he emerged as LASU’s overall best student with 4.95 CGPA.
His sterling academic performance sets a new CGPA record in the 37 years history of the institution.
Dimeji Shotunde whose Dad is a mechanic and mom, a trader, graduated from the Department of Business Administration.
He will be decorated on Wednesday, 16th December 2020 at the 24th Convocation Ceremony of the Lagos State University.
Observers say it will be interesting to see how the Lagos and Ogun State Governments will honour such a brilliant young mind, compared with what has been done for winners of Big Brother Africa and other entertainment competitions.
